General Checklist: (Service fee $70.00)

·  Check refrigerant charge: low charge results in too high electric bill;
·  Inspect refrigerant piping for damage or leaks;
·  Check the air flow to ensure evaporator coil is clean;
·  Inspected drain lines for proper drainage and leaks;

·  Check all electrical & mechanical components and controls to make sure they're working properly;
·  Check amp draw on compressor and blower motor;
·  Check temperature difference of supply and return air (16–20 degrees of F);
·  Check the filter (filter price is not included)

Additional service work:  (when necessary)

·  Clean evaporator coil or blower wheel: $90.00 for each;
·  Change the system with freon: $30.00 per lb;
· Travel fee (if more than ½ hour one way) – $70.00 per hour
