Residential:
- For Moses – HVAC Split System Change-Out
- Removed old and Installed new 3 ton Carrier HVAC system (93% variable speed Furnace with indoor coil in the garage and 16 SEER Condensing unit);
- New equipment is qualified for $300 tax credit and $650 SMUD rebate. Total price: $6,700.
- For Michele – Gas Furnace Change-Out
- Removed old and installed new 3 ton Carrier 80% furnace.
Total price: $1,200.
- For Phyllis – Two Rooftop Package Units Changeout
- Removed old and installed two new 2.5 ton Carrier gas/electric package units (14 SEER) using existing roof stand and air transition.
- New equipment is qualified for $1,500 tax credit and rebates: $1,000 SMUD + $1,000 from Cash for Appliances. Total price: $10,000.
- For Chad – Rooftop Package Unit Changeout
- Removed old and Installed new 2.5 ton Heil* unit (13 SEER).
Total price: $4,200.
- For Rocelia – Central HVAC Installation
- Installed 2 ton Heil* split HVAC systems (95% variable speed Furnace with indoor coil in the attic and 16 SEER Condensing unit);
- Installed central flex duct systems with manual dampers and registers.
Total price: $9,000.
- For MW Construction – Central HVAC Installation
- Removed old and Installed new 3 ton Heil* split system (95%, 13 SEER);
- Installed central flex duct system with manual dampers and registers;
Total price: $6,700.
- For Marge – HVAC Split Systems Change-Out
- Removed old and Installed new 5 ton Trane system (95%, 13 SEER);
- New equipment is qualified for $1,500 tax credit and $200 PG&E rebate.
Total price: $5,700.
* Heil is equal to the Carrier model units. They share
all the same components, features and performance.
Commercial:
- For Clear Connection Corp. – Central HVAC System Installation
- Install new Trane 5 ton split HVAC system.
- Installed central flex duct systems with manual dampers and registers
Total price: $7,000.
- For White River Construction – Office Improvement
- Installed two 5 ton rooftop Trane packaged units;
- Constructed and installed two duct systems with manual dampers and registers
- Installed low sonic exhaust fans with vents and roof jacks.
Total price: $23,500.
- For Herb Liverett Companies, Inc. – Changeout
- Removed old unit, remodeled existing roof curb to match new unit, installed new plenums and reattached existing ductwork to the plenums;
- Installed new rooftop Bryant 5 ton gas/electric package unit with economizer.
Total price: $6,000.
- For BCM Service & Engineering – Two A/C Systems Installation
- Installed two 12.5 ton rooftop Trane packaged Heat Pumps;
- Constructed and installed two hard pipe duct systems with manual volume dampers, insulated and balance them.
- Installed supply air diffusers and return air filter grills according to the specs.
Total price: $45,600.
- For J & S Construction – Office Tenant Improvement, HVAC.
- Installed two 6 ton rooftop Bryant packaged units with economizers;
- Constructed and installed two hard pipe duct systems;
- Installed low sonic exhaust fans for bathrooms.
Total price: $25,500.
- For BCM Service & Engineering – J.M. Huber, Duct Work.
- Installed four hard pipe duct systems for four 15 ton Fan Coils with flex duct branches, manual dampers and air diffusers.
- Insulated hard pipes.
- Run fresh air intakes through the roof.
Total price: $22,720.
