Repair work is paid when it is done. You will know the price before the job is started.
If we failed to fix, even if we tried hard, – you pay nothing.

• We will not replace your equipment when it's fixable 
• If it’s unfixable or non repairable – I will prove it!

     Price consists of:

• Repair fee – $70.00 per hour, plus:
• Replacement of simple parts (limit switch, capacitor, relay, flame sensor, fixing wiring problem , etc.) – $50.00
• Replacement of igniter - $60.00
• Thermostat replacement - $70.00
• Replacement of blower motor – from $280.00
• Replacement of control panel – from $180.00
• Replacement of furnace control panel - from $230.00
• Travel fee (if more than ½ hour one way) – $70.00 per hour
